
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (can always add more)
- 1 tbsp zero sugar cheesecake
- 1 vanilla premier protein shake
For this recipe a blender will be needed. First, shake your premier protein shake and put it into the blender. Then add the blueberries, followed by the cheesecake jell-o. Once all in the blender, blend it all together. This next part is all about preference. If you want to thicken the drink, add some ice cubes and blend. I sometimes add ice cubes to thicken it up so it has more of a smoothie consistency.
This is a super easy meal, snack or dessert! The best part about this drink is the ability to switch out the fruits. I have also made a strawberry smoothie and it was just as delicious. The possibilities are endless!
