- 1/2 cup Ginger
- 3 Lemons
- 1 Orange
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne, ground
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
- 1/2 cup water
After measuring everything, combine the ingredients and blend together. For the ginger, you can either keep the skin on or remove it. Ginger offers health benefits and tastes great. I love having a shot of this as soon as I wake up. I feel great and love starting my day with a ginger shot. I doubled everything in this recipe so I have enough for a full week. This recipe is easy, sugar free, healthy and tastes delicious!
