Ingredients:

• 1 8oz tub of sugar free cool whip
• 1 small package of any flavor sugar free instant pudding mix
• 1 Fiber One, brownies chocolate fudge bar

This is a very easy and quick dessert to make. All you have to do is add the ingredients into the tub of cool whip. I added one package of chocolate fudge zero sugar instant pudding and I love the taste! There are many options you can choose from, so if you don’t like a flavor the first time you can always try something else. The fiber one bar I used was the Fiber One, brownies chocolate fudge. I just crumbled it into the tub. I will be making this recipe again!
